The hotel is conveniently located near the airport and easily accessible for business travelers. Despite being a bit pricier than other options on the island, it’s worth it for the high-quality services including treatments carried out in a covered area. Rooms are spacious, clean and the staff is welcoming, offering delicious breakfast options. the pool is an added luxury for unwinding.
The hotel needs to work on ensuring the safety of their guests and avoiding any inappropriate interactions with staff, as some previous guests have reported.

It was nice and quiet, prefect to relax and was close to its sister hotels so could also use their facilities. Plus it was close to the Airport.
Charging was a problem. They came up with a different price to what was quoted and refused to honour the price you had quoted. They added on a government tax which we hadn't encounter in the previous 2 weeks in any other hotel. I managed to argue my way out of that charge. They also calculated the Service charge and VAT add ons differently. i.e 140 *.1 = 14. 14+140=154. then 154*.12=18.48. 154+18.48=172.48*2= $344.96. versus the $340.60 I booked online. I suggest it get clarified & adjusted it needed. Also the information in the brochure in the room they could have provided a full list of the treatments they had available.

The relaxed atmosphere. They only have 12 villas, and only 3 were occupied. They have a small swimming pool + a restaurant. No pressure for massage, tours, activities, etc. (They should promote the treatments more, and provide good and active information; they were too passive).
They could offer some more variety in breakfast, eg to have different bread every day (not 5 day toast), to have some change in marmalade (not same every day). Daily fruitplatter was lovely!

Hotel good for one or two nights when you just arrive to Sri Lanka, very close from Airport.
Hotel charge in adwance for whole period of stay, with no check out policy. We would check out earlier just to travel around Sri Lanka, to see more places, but hotel still keep our room and we pay for it. So, was not worth to check out. A man was doing massage to a man, I prefer a lady. Menu in the restoran was very poor. Room is very dusty, even after cleaning you will see sooo much dust on furniture, glass. So much noise from the street, horns and so force. Bad experience overall.

Treatment is good. Staffs are so kind. We stayed with an infant and they looked after our baby during the treatment.
Food menu is not enough. Little bit expensive.

The rooms are quite big and very clean.
This hotel is far over priced, during our trip in Sri Lanka we stayed in better, luxurious hotels for a 3rd of the price. The staff is polite but cold and far from being friendly. The prices in the restaurant are quite high and do not include 12% vat - that we had to pay additionally (it was the only occasion during our trip that vat was not included). The airport transfer provided by the hotel is double as high (approx 3000 Rupjes) as if you take a three wheeler from the street or an taxi at the airport (approx 1500 Rupjes). All in all - in spite of the nice and clean room, we did not feel comofortable and welcomed in this hotel.

My Easter at this boutique hotel was quite an experience! The food was a definite highlight - I enjoyed the varied vegan and vegetarian dishes that were on offer. Another plus was the fantastic pool, which made for a great day of relaxation. , the location made it easy to explore the surrounding area.
Although I had a pleasant stay, there were some aspects that could have been improved upon. I found the cost of the taxi to be extremely overpriced compared to other transportation options in the area.

Location close to the airport
Very very .. over.. Over valued, 180 ud $ is far more than what such a place should charge..50-100 Us is the limit, I do not think this hotel should get more that two stars in the best cenario . this was one of my worest hotels I ever booked through Booked.net, I was very disapppointed,I was very imparresed ..not clean..insects every where..I Checked out same night ...I was charged the full night charge...in addition..25% Extra for taxis and service charges...Please Booked.net management..urgently look into this and seriously do some thing about it. Simply remove it from your recommended hotels. Go and visit by your self.
